Free Size Policy

Do take note that, although our clothes are usually labelled as 'free size', they can only fit to a certain body size.

For example, some dresses labelled 'free size' can only fit petites, or sizes XS to S.

Therefore, it is our responsibility to inform you the measurements as well as the estimates as to which size the particular clothing can fit.

We would like to advice you to take measurements on your own waist, bust, shoulders and height before making a purchase. This is so you can avoid buying clothing items that are too small, or too big for your liking.

Terms & Conditions

1. All items sold here are brand new and unworn. There are no pre-loved, second hand ones.

2. All clothes and accessories sold here are available in limited quantities. Once the item is sold out, it is usually non-restockable, unless stated. Once it is restocked, we will re-post the item here again.

3. Returns are accepted. However, there must be a valid reason as well as a proof as to why you want to return the item. (eg. damaged) Returns must be made within 10 days prior to receiving the goods. Tags of clothing must still be attached when returning the product.

5. Forms must be filled in when submitting your order. If the form is not completed, we will not attend to your order.

6. If you want more pictures/information on a certain item, feel free to email our customer service at vanillatwilightstore@yahoo.com. We are happy to reply you.

7. No backout buyers allowed. Backout buyers will be banned from buying from us.

8. All prices are fixed. Strictly no discount allowed, unless during a certain promotion.
